Texas FAIR Plan Association’s new system has been live for three weeks.
The implementation of the new system represents the culmination of a huge undertaking, but our commitment to improving doesn’t end there. We’re constantly looking for ways to improve the services we offer to agents and policyholders.
Based on feedback from the agent community, we updated the Questions and Answers section on our website. The Q&As, along with the Agent Training Center, are great resources that will help you with many topics including:
- How to add users to the system
- How to log in with your email address as your user ID
- How to clear the cache on your internet browser when you receive log in errors
