Texas FAIR Plan Association (TFPA) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from vendors who are qualified to conduct all, or a portion of the services related to the development and management of commercial property owners’ association insurance policies to be offered by TFPA. These services include, but are not limited to, the underwriting and issuance of policies, the billing and collection of premiums, and the handling of claims.
