As a reminder, the TFPA Agent Gateway and Claims Center are not available for agent use at this time. Though agents may receive several automated system emails Saturday and Sunday, they will not be able to access the documents. Our staff is currently testing and preparing the systems to be ready for business on Monday.
Sunday night or Monday morning agents will receive an Agent Bulletin announcing our systems are live and ready for business. The bulletin will also provide updates concerning processing of payments, notices of cancellation, and claim reporting.
Report a Claim
Our staff is already at work on submitted claims. Until agents receive the next Agent Bulletin announcing our systems are live and ready for business, we ask that they report all claims to our claims call center at (800) 979-6440.
