2/17/2023 Update: We are happy to report that the issues affecting the TFPA Agent Gateway are now resolved.
We are working to fix a technical issue that’s disrupted a few of our systems. This disruption means you may be unable to access the Agent Gateway or experience longer call hold times.
As soon as this issue is resolved and service is back to normal, we will provide an update and remove the alerts.
