Things to Know

Agent and Policyholder systems are moving to the cloud. The move will begin at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Friday, April 25. Our systems will be unavailable during the move. We expect our cloud systems to be available by 8:00 a.m. on Monday, April 28.

  • New Domain Name: Our cloud systems will be hosted on the TWIA.org domain
  • New Login Pages: Links will be provided on April 24
  • Data: All current system data will be moved and available in the cloud
  • Updated Look, Familiar Feel: Our cloud systems will have a refreshed look but a similar feel to your current portal.

Payments

Payments that are due April 25, 26, and 27 can be submitted on the following Monday, April 28 with no additional fees or penalties.

Expiring Accounts

After the move, a limited number of older policyholder User Accounts will expire due to enhanced security requirements in our cloud systems. Impacted policyholders will need to register as a new user. They will still have access to current policies and claims.

Agent Portal accounts are not impacted.

Impacted policyholders will be notified by email and/or they will see the following message after logging into our cloud systems: CPP Expired Account Banner
