We recently reported to the TFPA agent community about minor technical issues affecting our phone systems and want to provide an update.
Early last week, we implemented a solution that appears to have resolved the issues. Our team continues to monitor the situation and make adjustments as necessary. We expect to have a final resolution in place within the next few days.
