The TFPA Agent Gateway and Claims Center will be unavailable from 6:00 p.m. on Friday, May 21, until 8:00 a.m. on Monday, May 24. Claims reporting will still be available through our call center at (800) 979-6440.
During February’s winter storms, infrastructure issues across the state caused our systems to go offline for several days. To ensure this doesn’t happen again, we are physically moving our primary data centers to a location that is better equipped to withstand emergency events.
