This is a reminder that starting at 8 a.m. Saturday, June 6, the TFPA Agent Portal and Claims Center Portals will be unavailable due to planned system updates. Claim reporting will still be available through our call center at (800) 979-6440, which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The portals will be operational again by 8 a.m. on Sunday, June 7.
Should a significant claims event occur this weekend, we will postpone these planned system updates until a later date and keep the systems running as normal.
