We are continuously improving our systems so they may serve you and our policyholders better. The following update was recently implemented in Agent Gateway that affects our e-payments process:
Offer Letters. An Offer Letter will no longer generate in Agent Gateway for policies enrolled in the 10 Payment (Auto Draft) plan. Instead, the applicant will receive a detailed email with instructions on how to complete registration for auto draft payment.
TFPA will continue to generate the Offer Letters for agents to forward to the applicant for policies enrolled in other payment plans.
Agents, please be sure to include a valid applicant email at the time of submission. This will ensure the applicant receives this and future emails containing payment reminders and invoices.
