New TFPA Agent Gateway – Important Updates

Agents: Welcome to a better way to do business with TFPA—our new system is up and running! As with any change, this includes minor hiccups that we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. While our phones have been busy today, our average hold time was less than 3 minutes.

Please be aware of the following:

TFPA Agent Registration
With the launch of TFPA’s new Agent Gateway System, all active TFPA agents received an email with instructions and a password link to establish your agency’s primary contact as a user in the new system. However, we wanted to clarify that only agents with at least one active/in force FAIR Plan policy were considered active and received the email for the new system.

If you are a registered FAIR Plan agent, but do not have an active policy/policyholder with TFPA, you will be required to register as a New Agent to establish access and conduct business through TFPA’s new Agent Gateway system.
