Changes to TFPA Policy Forms

Texas FAIR Plan Association (TFPA) is implementing policy form changes, as approved by the Texas Department of Insurance. Some of these changes are made to: reflect emerging court interpretations about coverage; reduce coverage; conform to state law; and clarify existing coverage.

The below revised policy forms will be required for new and renewal policies effective on or after February 1, 2017.

The changes that affect the above policy forms are outlined in the documents below.
