New System

New business, migrated renewals, and claims on policies created in this system

TFPA Agent Gateway

Your username for Agent Gateway is your email address

Use the TFPA Agent Gateway to:

  • Create a new quote
  • Access an open quote created in the new system
  • Access or service a policy created in the new system
  • File a claim on a policy created in the new system
  • Manage a claim created in the new system
  • Access migrated renewals (occurs 60 days before the renewal date)

Note: These policies begin with 07 (ex:TFPH07)

Old System

Requalifying renewals and claims on policies created in this system

TFPA Agent Portal

 

Use the TFPA Agent Portal to:

  • Requalify a policy for renewal
  • Access or service a policy created in the old system that has not migrated to the new system
  • File a claim on a policy active in the old system
  • Manage a claim created in the old system

Note: These policies begin with 01, 02, 04, or 06 (ex: TFPH02)


Why are there two systems to submit and manage TFPA policies and claims?

TFPA is implementing a new policy and claims management system, the TFPA Agent Gateway. This implementation is occurring in two phases.

Phase One: Partial Implementation - New business and claims on these policies
Effective October 22, 2018, all new business must be quoted using the TFPA Agent Gateway. Use the TFPA Agent Gateway to file and manage claims on these policies.

Please continue to use the TFPA Agent Portal (old system) to requalify a policy for renewal or service a policy still active in this system.

Phase Two: Full Implementation - New business, renewals, and claims on these policies
Effective April 13, 2019, all active policies will begin migrating from the TFPA Agent Portal (old system) to the TFPA Agent Gateway (new system) upon renewal. When this phase is complete, agents will need to use the TFPA Agent Gateway to quote all new business and active renewals, as well as to file and manage all claims.
