A new TFPA system - the TFPA Agent Gateway - will be available on Monday, October 22. Our technical teams will be busy over the weekend deploying this new suite of applications.
Agents, please be aware of the following:
- Effective October 22, all new business will be conducted in the new TFPA system.
- Watch for an email with instructions and a link to establish a password to access our new TFPA Agent Gateway portal. You are required to do so to conduct future business within the new system. The recipient of the email will be responsible for establishing additional users within their agencies.
- Open quotes in our current system will not be available to you after close of business on Friday. We encourage you to review these quotes and, if required, submit them by 5:00 PM CDT, October 19. If you do not do so, you will be required to resubmit them in the new system on October 22.
It’s not too late to prepare yourself and your staff to use the new system. We encourage you to browse the training materials hosted in the new Training Center. Bookmark the page and reference the material often until you feel comfortable using the new system.
