To ensure our systems remain in good condition and are best able to serve agents and their clients, we will now perform routine monthly maintenance on the third Saturday of each month. This is in addition to our ongoing scheduled maintenance which occurs one Wednesday evening per month.
To help agents plan their work calendars, we want to share our upcoming maintenance schedule for the remainder of the year. The TFPA Agent Gateway and Claims Center will be unavailable while work is underway.

- Wednesday, December 18, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- Saturday, December 21, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
