We are pleased to announce that we will be introducing new TFPA policy, claims and billing systems next quarter. The new systems will change the way agents manage TFPA policies and claims. As is often the case with new system deployments, there will be some streamlining of processes and new features that we anticipate will provide agents with an improved user experience and process consistency for us.
For now, this infographic provides a few insights of what’s to come. Stay tuned for more updates and information as we get closer to launching the new core system! We plan to provide various training opportunities, such as online self-paced training, job aids and webinars. Our goal is to have training available the month before our system implementation.
