Introducing the TFPA System Replacement Program

We would like to announce and introduce agents to the TFPA Program Core Systems Replacement Program. This will affect how you access and manage new policy accounts.

On October 22, we will move to a new core system that will replace TFPA’s current policy, claims, and billing systems, and the agent web portal. We are excited about advancing our services to agents and policyholders with new and reliable technology that provides an improved user experience and consistency in processes. Texas FAIR Plan Association wants to ensure that you’re aware of our upcoming system update.

You will need to familiarize yourself with some changes. For a period of time, you will manage TFPA policies in both the old and new systems. Guiding information will be provided to you during future training webinars and will also be available on the TFPA Agent Log In web page.

For now, the infographic below provides a few insights of what’s to come. Stay tuned for more updates and information as we get closer to launching the new core system! We plan to provide various training opportunities, such as online self-paced training, job aids, and webinars. Our goal is to have training references available online and a series of agent webinars a few weeks before our system implementation.
