Are you preparing yourself for the transition to TFPA’s new system? Deployment of the system is just a few days away. October 22, 2018 is the big day!
Among other features, you will be introduced to a more intuitive interface and greater efficiency in navigation. Agent Gateway is a user friendly and convenient component of the new system and will be key for the management of policies and claims.
What’s Changing? When Do I Use the New System versus Legacy System?
You will be managing policies and claims in two systems for a period. You will find the TFPA Agent Systems guide to be helpful. Please share the information with staff who actively use the TFPA system.
If you have not already done so, we want to encourage you to browse the new online Training Center in advance of the go-live date.
Important to Remember:
- Please look for an email that will be generated this coming weekend providing instructions and a link to establish a password to access our new Agent Gateway portal. You are required to do so to conduct future business within the new system. The recipient of the email will be responsible for establishing additional users within their agencies.
- Open quotes in our current system will not be available to you after close of business today, October 19. We encourage you to review these quotes and, if required, submit them by 5:00 PM CDT. If you do not do so, you will be required to resubmit them in the new system on October 22.
